"My car was backed into. A really tough claim to settle as the other party wasn't truthful on her accident statement. She was also insured by State Farm at a different office. It took around two months to settle my claim but Alicia and the entire crew fought hard for me. The Lebanon office has my total respect for never giving up and I highly recommend their office for your insurance coverage."
